Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Communications, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating potential clients, fostering good relationships both internally and externally and closing sales consistent with the goals of the department.
Uncover, qualify and build the sales opportunity pipeline from warm leads and outbound efforts. Able to make up to 50 outbound calls per day
Maintain records of all interactions using CRM.
Demonstrate high degree of diligence and accountability
Effectively communicate with prospects and clients
Provide feedback to Marketing Team to improve marketing and sales activities
Ability to juggle multiple marketing messages
Ability to generate leads through outbound activity (cold calling/inside sales, email. Social media)
Excellent computer skills including social and digital media

2 years of B2B sales experience.
